3. Payment and Booking
No deposit is required to secure your place. Payment is made in cash on the day of the tour when you arrive at our base.
4. What Happens After You Send Your Enquiry?
Once we receive your enquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not received a reply by email, please check your spam folder. If necessary, we recommend sending us a WhatsApp message as well.
5. What If We Don’t Answer the Phone?
We do not answer phone calls, as we are usually out on the road leading tours. Please send us an email or a WhatsApp message, and we will respond as soon as possible.
